VELOUR's Warranty

At VELOUR, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase is protected by a 12 month (365 day) warranty, beginning on the date you receive your item. This means the product you purchase is protected until the same day in the next year.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, including:
• Broken clasps or links due to workmanship
• Tarnishing or discoloration not caused by harsh chemicals or misuse
• Stones falling out due to manufacturing issues

What the Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does NOT cover:
• Lost or stolen items
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
• Tarnishing or fading caused by exposure to perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals
• Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

Proof of Purchase Required

All warranty claims must include:
• A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from our official store.
Without valid proof of purchase, we are unable to process a warranty replacement.

One-Time Replacement


Each purchase is eligible for one (1) warranty replacement only.
Once a replacement has been issued, the warranty for that item is considered fulfilled.

If the Item Is No Longer Available


If we no longer carry the exact item being replaced, you may choose:
• A replacement item of equal or lesser value, at no additional cost

Shipping + Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the item back to VELOUR
  • Paying for the shipping of the replacement item

Note: We do not reimburse shipping costs on warranty claims

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please contact us at support@velournyc.com with:
• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• A clear photo or video of the issue
• A description of what happened

Our team will respond within 2–5 business days.
